  Wow. There was this lady there that has a despicable attitude. I wad waiting for a bagel and she was already snippy with me. She asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said yes. She then berated me that I didnt modify, like I inconvenienced her. She then was super condescending telling me I didnt have to have an attitude. Her attitude was poor. I watched her dismiss another customer's question and refused to take the customer's order since another employee was supposed to. I like Panera, but this woman is a miserable piece of work, disrespectful and bitter.

  I ordered a chicken bacon rancher from this location on uber and an another sandwich for my girlfriend as well. My chicken bacon rancher was the literal size of my palm and my girlfriend’s sandwich was regular size. I BARELY ate and paid $55 for everything all together. I was refused a refund and I basically spent $55 and ate a Doritos bag worth of food.

  I hate to leave a bad review but due to the number of times I have visited this location it is necessary. One visit in my opinion would be unfair but after interacting numerous of times with employees you get a sense of people’s true work ethics. First and foremost, I would like to give compliment on the food being quite exceptional; soups, salads , sandwiches alike, very tasty. The staff keep the location clean and the bathrooms well maintained. My problem stems from a few of the employees in their lack of professionalism. There were two male Hispanic employees sitting next to me making fun of me in Spanish fully unaware that I understand the language. A few other employees constantly got my order wrong that I felt it was done purposely in mockery because when I would go up to bring it to their attention it felt intentional and corrected in malicious jest. I’ve even witnessed one of the same individual disrespect another customer. I’m not one for confrontation in spaces like these especially with individuals I am not personal with, at the end of the day this is NYC and I do not want harm brought upon myself as people can be extremely unpredictably be it at work or not. Idk what I’ve done because I have only ever placed my order, said please, thank you, and have a nice day. There is a female, perhaps the supervisor who walks the floor greeting customers and asking about food quality etc, very professional. I feel almost bad for her in the sense of how heavily I believe she is carrying her team. I’ve visited multiple Panera locations and there is knowledge that the company prides itself on professionalism and making customers feel comfortable, this is the only location I’ve had a problem with.
