  Arguably the best roti I’ve had in the city! I got the shrimp curry with roti and it was off the charts. Exceptionally friendly and fast service, will definitely be back!

  I love that Melanie's! The food and owners are great! I ate there at least 20 Times over the past couple of years and going today!

  Had take out Saturday 2/7/2026, 2 orders of chicken fried rice. The chicken was the most horrible thing I ever see, it was refried like 5 times, dry and hard with no taste. Couldn’t even eat the meat which was so brown and hard and the oil soaked in. The rice had no flavor. I don’t know what the eat-in taste like or if it’s the same refried chicken. To the owner, you can do better than this with your take out foods.
