- COChaiya Oyebode2 days ago1.0I’m very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. I placed a mobile pickup order for a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, but when I got home, I realized the hotcakes were missing. I had to walk all the way back to the restaurant with my food. When I explained the issue, the employee first told me the meal did not come with hotcakes, even though it clearly said “Big Breakfast with Hotcakes” on my receipt. A manager then handed me pancakes in a separate container that appeared to have been sitting out, with no apology. Since my food was already cold from having to walk home and back, I asked for the meal to be remade fresh. Instead, the employee took the food I had already brought home back into the kitchen and had someone combine the items into one container, then gave it back to me within a minute. This was extremely disappointing and concerning from a food-safety standpoint. Once food leaves the restaurant, it should not be taken back into the kitchen and repackaged, especially instead of being remade fresh. The lack of apology, poor customer service, and unsanitary handling made this a very frustrating experience.

I was frustrated at first because I didn't know how to cancel or get a refund and the app would not even allow me to place a new order. At the drive thru at McDonald's we were serviced my Dilan, who not only provided great customer service but also assisted me with the issues with the app. He was friendly and our order came out quickly. Cannot sing his praises enough! This man needs a raise!
