came into Dunkin’ about two hours before closing, and these two gentlemen told me that Baskin-Robbins was already closed, even though the posted hours online say 10 PM. I arrived well before closing and was turned away because they didn’t want to serve customers. This seems to happen every time these two gentlemen are working they’re always rushing to close everything down early while loyal customers are still coming in and trying to make purchases. If the business hours say 10 PM, customers should be able to receive service until 10 PM, 9:30 the latest. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer servic
