  I come here often but the assistant manager the older guy, he’s greedy and rude. I asked for a cup with a lid, he told me 1.26$ for a cup an empty plastic up with nothing in it. Thought he was joking I’m like “an empty cup just the cup” he’s like “a cup with water or ice or empty is the same price. That’s literally impossible.

  Arrived at 8:55 pm on a Thursday evening. The worker was sitting at the back and the door was locked, despite it saying that it closed at 10pm. I was bummed. I specifically got off two stops over my bus stop to buy ice coffee, despite the bad reviews I had already read while on my way to them.

  So after reading these reviews, I found one that fits what I experienced...and I thought I was missing something. To be honest, I came here last month and everything was fine...to me. Got my coffee and had a great day. This morning...I don't know what happened. I approached this location at 5:10 AM...door is locked. I saw that it opens at 5 AM. I'm thinking...ok, maybe they forgot to unlock the door. Then I look at an employee and she sees me...then walks into the kitchen. Another employee is by the window (one if those overnight windows...IYKYK...and ignored me standing there. I was only trying to find out what time they open because the sign says 5 AM. If they have different hours, they SHOULD update that. The first employee pulls out her cell phone and is on the phone. At this point, I left. Again, if you have different hours, you could have opened that window and indicate that because the signs do not. Just saying.

  - On 5/7/2026 at around 1:20 I saw a fly laying on the French Culler. And I kindly told the employees that they need to shield their donuts front and back. My recent trips for the food like the hash browns and breakfast sandwich is ok in a hurry. This Dunkin (that opened late last year or 2) needs improvements for cleanliness and taste.
