- BNB NicoleJun 30, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help. When I asked for her name so I could provide feedback, she refused to tell me and wasn’t even wearing a name tag, which made the situation even more frustrating. Her attitude toward customers was unacceptable and made what should have been a simple visit into a negative experience. On top of that, the store itself was messy and dirty, which reflected a lack of care for both the business and its customers. Customer service and cleanliness are basic expectations, and unfortunately this location failed on both. I hope management addresses these issues and provides better training to ensure customers are treated with respect.

They constantly denied me to use their bathroom saying "We dont have a bathroom", how do the employees use the bathroom then? In that area, there is no bathroom anywhere, the fact I had to wait an hour to get to use the bathroom at work was insane. Food is good, but never ask to use the bathroom since its such a sin even during an emergency.

Today I go to Dunkin’ Donuts on Castlehill ask for a strawberry doughnut with sprinkles when I got home that donut was hard as a rock. I am so disappointed because looking for the number does not work it is not in service. I don’t live in the area for me to continuously go back-and-forth donuts should be covered where there was no way for them to get hard. I purchased a doughnut Before 12:30 in the afternoon, why is it so hard so upset I will never buy from this place again and I gave her a tip when my purchase was only $1.99

Each time, there didn’t seem to be many other orders being handled. Today, I had to leave without my food because I was going to miss my train. I would not recommend using in-store pickup at this location due to consistent delays.
