- YYYamilaSep 25, 20261.0The morning manager’s guy behavior is consistently unprofessional and impolite. Additionally, there have been instances where my orders have been inaccurately prepared. This morning, I requested a small coffee with a light on the milk. Upon returning home, I discovered that the drink was served like it was tea with milk. The manager’s demeanor is mostly inappropriate, he to busy making jokes and talking with colleagues - through rush hrs of the day but rushes you through your orders and payment. No customer service doesn’t stop to listen so the customers, orders, concerns or adjustments of order. God forbid you tell him that he took an order wrong. He makes it even worse of an order. Instead of fixing the order by making a new drink, he pours half of it out to readjust it to something even worse. Very bizarre behavior, and demeanor

One of the best coffee spots in the Bronx. Thank you staff for your hospitality and service. I wish they bring back tables and chairs for the elderly.

I ordered $23 worth of donuts online and when I looked outside I only got my drink and they did not include my order. Instead I had to go walk over there because no one was answering my phone. This was extremely frustrating. If someone answered the phone then I could’ve handled it instead of going there. When I went my Dunkin donuts the donuts were sitting on the counter. I walked up to the Indian guy at counter to ask why they didn’t include my online order and they said oh it’s is the driver fault. Then I asked why didn’t anyone pick up when? He replied “ we don’t have number”. Clearly the Google store and receipt has a number so I was very confused. This was actually not the first time this happened. I ordered online all the time and they always missing a small item but this time this was a big item so I went over there. Please have a system of separating online orders from pickup items so that when the driver comes they know what to pick up and there is no confusion. Or you could have put it in a huge bag together to prevent this.
