- JOJanelly OliverasJul 31, 20262.0Ever since Kareem disappeared, the service is terrible. The lady at the drive thru pays absolutely no attention and hears what she wants to hear. You’ll order a regular iced coffee and she asks/ makes a caramel. And that’s one example. It’s very frustrating to deal with. You have to ask for straws, napkins, bags. Then all of a sudden, they have a thing now of asking for a tip everyday. Which they never did. That’s dry begging. How about focus on listening to the customers and your task at hand and then maybe people will be more inclined to leave a tip.

Not realizing the front desk women (middle aged) shoved one in my hand already. I gave it back. I'm just to be cute I sent my 4-year-old to the register with a QR code that said donut because I only gave her a small piece of a donut and she wanted a little more I had the rewards and the woman at the register were going back and forth with my daughter about how she refused to Scan her QR code and that my daughter needs to buy something before she scans a QR code 4 will knowing we just purchased something 5 minutes ago and we were sitting right in front of her. I was disgusted. Before I decided to leave someone from behind the counter scan to my QR code to give my daughter her free donut. But this middle-aged woman was nasty and honestly I'm not sure if she was racist, poorly trained, or just one of those people that like a manipulate children but she owes my daughter an apology and in fact I may actually go there today to see if she's willing to apologize to my daughter. I recently moved back to the Bronx with my daughter from Maryland and I grew up around the corner from this dunkin' donuts The one it was a gas station and I'm insulted that I brought my daughter here. I've had great experiences in the past but there's usually a young person behind the register that was not the case.
