- MNMariah Nicole4 days ago1.0This Dunkin used to be the better Dunkin on Prospect, but i don't what happened. It's like they hired the people that work on the Dunkin next to the 2 train and get rid of the old people that used to work at this Dunkin. The old group of people that worked at this Dunkin used to make the drinks way better and provided better and faster service. This new group of people are terribly slow, miss orders, make you wait a long time, lack urgency, and on top of all that, fail to make good coffee. How do you fail to make good coffee at a coffee shop filled with syrups and sugar??? These new people suck. The guy making the drinks sucks and kept missing orders despite the order screen being filled up?

Staff is rude and refuses to do the order right and staff tried to force me to BUY another drink... why. I already ordered. This establishment is one of the worst unfortunately.
