  I never do this but it comes to a point. This Dunkin truly is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. There’s a specific older gentleman staff member that constantly messes up the drinks, the food orders. It is CONSTANT. I stopped going here for almost a year. I needed a quick pick me up of coffee and of course, he was there. I placed a mobile order and somehow, still he messed it up. I ordered my coffee light and sweet. Not only was it literally black, it has no sugar at all. I’m never stepping foot in here again.

  Today I entered this location and a worker purposely skipped me and my friend due to the fact that the customer behind us sole Spanish ... it was unfair embarrassing and if not very close to racial discrimination... when I asked for the manager he lied and said there's was none and then when I refused to leave to speaker to a higher up he told me his name and that he was the manager... the most b painful part was the supervisor Andy and the worker laughing at us while the lady stuck her tongue out at us like we were children... she continued to banter with them saying pregnant women shouldn't have to wait on line.and they laughed right out faces instead of deescalting the situation

  Haven't had Dunkin since i got back from hawaii love the french vanilla iced coffee there and its right next to my train station
