  24 hours of exceptional service, coffee orders are a direct hit (they get it right!), food always seems fresh (during overnight hours when I go), but the locations atmosphere, is a bit sketchy, to put it blunt (no pun intended), its in the trenches, alot of "freaks come out at night" type of energy 😅, no judgment, just saying, the neighboring smoke shop is very active during these hours, none the less, it still seems both very rewarding and refreshing to have found this diamond in the rough!

  Went in to get a regular coffee and was humiliated . I accidentally threw my receipt In the trash , waited over 10 minutes for my coffee and never got one. When I went back to the register the cashier said she never took my order, I explained to her I threw the receipt in the trash. She told me to get it out the garbage in front of everyone as the staff laughed behind the counter. I got the receipt and she told me that wasn’t my order and told me to get out the store. I asked her to let me speak w a supervisor and if she can run the cameras back she said no and didn’t go into the back until i threatened to call the police . The cashier came back and told me I didn’t order and to get out the store . I asked for their names and the supervisor again. She refused to give me their names. A few minutes later after continuously asking for a manager he came from the back. I spoke to him and he was rude as well asking me to hurry up and what do I want ? I asked him if he ran the cameras he said no that would take too much time. He gave me the refund and told me to leave his store. I have been a consumer of Dunkin for years and this location always has something going on. I never report them but today was so embarrassing and just not okay .

  Slowest workers ever! I ordered a medium refresher through the Mobil app. I got large instead which I’m amusding someone left and it was given to me. Full of syrup. Thankfully they gave me a new drink.

  By far the worst Dunkin on earth! Avoid by all means! Management is horrible, staff horrible, employees in la la land. Argued with the manager due to him trying to give me a small drink when I paid for a large. Even when I showed him the app, he argued that I made a mistake…I showed others that were in store, they all agreed to the obvious that I was correct. Eventually after 20 minutes of arguing, he noticed he was incorrect and failed to apologize…save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

  Literally the first Dublin donuts that has dark roast ready to go. They helped me customize my coffee exactly how I like even tho I was unsure. Very friendly and very thorough service A+++++ and another ++ because they served me with a smile :)
