  I work nearby and went in today for my usual donut & drink, but was greeted by the least professional Zoomer (1997–2012 births) staff imaginable! The young man behind the register (not even wearing appropriate Dunkin attire) was extremely slow and demonstrated an alarming array of challenges whilst working. (Like, he could barely follow basic orders or communicate.) I ordered a medium speciality beverage with oat milk and it took him more than three tries to even attempt to enter what an extremely simple & straightforward order. And yet, he still somehow got it wrong!!! He also failed to inform me that they were out of oat milk and what I got was a beverage with expired regular milk. Later, my boss went to across the street grab us more drinks and when they did so, the staff (including that very same young man) still got my order wrong! So, I went back and requested a replacement, which the acting manager-on-duty promptly approved & comped! And yet, said young man still didn’t hear her or me clearly and was totally unable to follow even the most clear & simplest of instructions. For my initial replacement, I inquired about another seasonal specialty beverage and requested another milk alternative to oat milk. And all the kid could say after me having me ask him was, “milk, skim milk, part milk, 2%,” other than “Oh no, I’m sorry; we don’t have any other alternatives such as almond or rice at the moment.” …So, obviously ordered a drink without milk and he then ignorantly asked me if I’d be paying with cash or card, completely ignoring my previous receipt, the conversation I had with his manager just moment prior, or her direct instructions to him and the rest of the team! He then put in the wrong order for me (again!) and had the other Zoomer girl make if for me a whole 5 mins. later. And, when I made it clear that that wasn’t what I ordered, she gave me attitude! Dude, I’m a Brown foreign-born younger Millennial. English isn’t my first language. I’m not privileged or American-born, and yet I’m harder-working & more competent than the entirety of today’s Sunday staff! I’ve been working retail & food service since I was 14 and recently had to return to minimum wage a few years back after losing my corporate desk job to the COVID pandemic. Do better Dunkin! You guys get paid way too much, have too many people on-site per shift, and receive way too much training & far too many benefits to be this poorly staffed & poorly trained! SERIOUSLY — DO BETTER! The economy is awful and global incompetency is at an all-time high! PLEASE don’t be a part of the problem! (Remember, there are plenty of experienced, capable, hardworking, intelligent Millennials desperately looking for work.)

  Poor service at this location. The young workers are un-friendly and rude. ( My opinion. I wouldn't spend here ever again. )

  Jig the manager here at this location is very nice. Service is great and the coffee and food is always fresh!

  3 people “working” and are too busy and slow to take care of 2 customers. To order you have to go all the way across the entire store then pick up back on the way out. Not unusual for some locations. But no one bothers to guide you to the place to order. But they are quick to scold you for not knowing where to order. They are nasty and have no desire to attempt to offer any kind of good customer service. And get this.. you request a bag and they put it on the counter and walk away? This seems to be a trend. Second experience recently where the workers are miserable and rude. So I’m asking Dunkin Donuts management and corporate. Is customer service no longer part of the customer experience? Are customers supposed to guess how your setup is at your store? Are customers required to bag their own purchase? If so, please post it for all customers to see in your store.

  Wouldn’t give ice water claiming a lukewarm cup of water was best they could do. After spending 30 dollars in food they have absolutely horrendous service
