Instead of calling me up to the counter and asking if I wanted alternative they just kept serving everyone else that had arrived after me. I then went up and asked what was going on, thenn they asked if wished to substitute my bagel with a croissant. They did to me and another customer who was there before me. Will not be returning to this location

Her fellow employee didn’t want to give me a refund so they gave me an extra shot of expresso to “fix it” but it was beyond saving… Horrible waste of $$ and time
