- CPCin PimAug 6, 20263.0I don't usually make reviews but I have been trying to get a coffee roll for a week. I would randomly come into the shop to see if they have a coffee roll. And they are always sold out. In theory, it's not a big issue. They seem to be popular. So I went this morning, and I look to see if they had a coffee roll and they did. They had one left. I get to the front of the line (there was only one person in front of me) and I asked if I can have a coffee roll. The cashier gets tissue paper grabs the coffee rolll and puts it in the back. And I tell her, I just saw that you had a coffee roll and she said no, there is no more left. I felt like the avatar in Ba Sing Se. There could have been multiple reasons why the cashier did that. Maybe it was old or something, who knows. She could had been saying me from a tummy ache. I just realized that I'm sad that bakeries in the area closed down and there are no more breakfast cart people selling cinnamon rolls (coffee roll in Dunkin language). Dunkin changed a lot too. I miss the old days.

The morning crew are way better and on top of things but everytime it’s the night time guys they always have a problem and attitude taking their time and slamming my food down

Yesterday they charged me twice for a seven dollar drink, and I had to fight with them in order get the second drink (they made me pay for on the app) or a refund. They expected me to pay double price for a drink but made it right in the end after I proved to them with not only the Dunkin app, but my bank account that Dunkin had billed me twice. I’ve never experienced something so unprofessional from such straightforward and easy fast fast food/coffee chain

I see the receipt said one which I hadn’t notice until after I left the restaurant but since the receipt clearly says bacon egg and cheese croissant Idk what happened.
