That was before it became a hassle to receive my order that was ready 10 minutes prior to my arrival. Every time i end up waiting longer than i should due to the lack of customer service and urgency towards the customers. Time management and customer service is something I've seen at every Dunkin' I've been to except this one. They need to do some readjusting and reevaluating as far as staff goes.

All the workers looking at me like their Mentally lost. Unbelievable. I can walk to 116 and they know how to service me better than this location.
