- BBBradJun 7, 20261.0Came at 1:30 on Sunday, June 7th. The male cashier took an order in front of me from a kid. I heard the order, but he made it the wrong sizes and then didn't fix it, so the kid took his three drinks and left. Then he got my order wrong; two drinks, one was right. The second was iced coffee with cream and melted sugar, but it had no sugar and it wasn't on the ticket. I asked him to remake it. I saw him do oat milk with normal sugar, which was my other drink I already had. I asked him, "This is cream and melted sugar?" He looked me right in the eyes and said yes.

Not even anything racist but those two are actually the worst employees there. SEPARATE OCCASIONS mind you, one of them took over ten minutes to make a cup of water and stared at me like I was the crazy one while I was waiting in an empty store. The same one also doesn’t actually announce when your food is ready like they’re supposed to. They either won’t announce at all and toss your food behind where the pick up is leaving you to wonder if it’s yours or not or they just say the order but in a very low voice that I couldn’t even hear her while standing two feet from her. Those two have horrible customer service that I REPEATEDLY experience. Everyone else who works there is actually useful. The food is honestly mid, it’s Dunkin. The donuts sometimes have tasty flies on them, and beware of the old fashioned munchkins, one time they had actual mold on them 🙃 One more thing that they can work on is not putting the tissue that they use to grab the donuts into your bag, that’s basically your used glove in my food, cmon now that’s disgusting. Shots too expensive for you to leave your germs on it
