    I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. As closing time was approaching, an employee became extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of politely informing customers that the store was about to close, she started yelling at us to leave and even shut off the lights while we were still inside. Her behavior was so aggressive and disrespectful that everyone in my group was confused and asking what was going on. What made the situation even worse was that she was not only yelling at customers, but also speaking disrespectfully to other team members. It was uncomfortable to watch and created a very negative atmosphere in the store. The way she spoke to both customers and coworkers showed a complete lack of professionalism. I understand that employees want to finish closing procedures on time, but there is no excuse for treating people this way. A simple and respectful explanation would have been enough. Being shouted at, rushed out of the store, and witnessing an employee speak so poorly to her coworkers made for a terrible experience. Customer service should always remain professional, even at the end of the night. I hope management looks into this situation and addresses the behavior, because no customer or employee should be treated that way.

    The worst pizza location to ever order from. I dislike these people so much. Every time I order a delivery from this location, their delivery drivers lie & say they called & no one answered the phone and claimed they brought the pizza back to the store. Then the ppl who answers the phone apologizes & say they’re gonna send another delivery driver & never does. I hope they shut this dominos down.. if I could I would give them negative 0 starts.

    To the Management and Delivery Team: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received today. My order was canceled without any explanation from management, and I am still wondering why this happened. Furthermore, the driver’s behavior was unacceptable. My order was marked as "delivered" while the driver was nowhere near my location. I would like to remind you that tips are earned for completing a service. If the order is not delivered to my door, the job hasn't been done. To the manager: the handling of this situation was unprofessional, and I expected much better leadership. To the driver: we are all just trying to get through the day, so please just do the job you are hired to do. I hope to see significant improvements in your service moving forward.

    I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but the experience I had at the dominos located at 220 East 161st Street on April 4th was completely unacceptable. I was at this location between 8:40 PM and 9:10 PM and ordered a "Mix & Match" deal. After I paid, the employee who took my order simply walked off without giving me a receipt or any indication of how I’d know when my food was ready. I wasn't the only one; there was another group waiting who were just as confused. After about 15 minutes, a woman who appeared to be the manager called out a number. When I went to check on my order and explained that I was never given a number or a ticket, she immediately became argumentative. To make matters worse, the original cashier jumped in to insist she had given me a ticket, even though she clearly remembered what I had ordered. I was baffled. Why would I claim I didn't have a ticket if I did? The person who ordered right after me didn't receive a ticket either. Having worked in the food industry for over ten years, I found the total lack of basic customer service and the choice to argue with a customer over a simple procedural error to be shocking. I’m not looking for a refund or for anyone to lose their job, but the staff at this location seriously need to be retrained on the fundamentals of communication and professionalism. This was by far my worst experience at a Domino's.
