- FFFelixJun 20, 20261.006/20/26 4:54 I got my bowl and got a drink, I went to the machine to pick what drink I wanted, I really wanted a soda, I got the cola but notice there was water- i tasted it and it was so watered down. (PLEASE FIX THAT) I changed to sprite because I thought it was the safer option, since it was clear I thought nothing of it HOWEVER when I got home and finally got to drink it IT TASTED HORRIBLE! Just straight water with a weird after taste, I decided to go back and ask if I can get a different drink, mind you I was being nice and respectful I wasnt blaming anyone, I wasnt unnecessarily loud, I wasnt rude, nothing!(I know how customer service is like) But this cashier made me feel like I was in the wrong, it felt like she was giving me aditude and she didnt even give me her full attention (she was on the phone). She said something under her breath before finally saying I can get a drink from their section. Im grateful yes but I hated the over experience. The girl on the line that did my bowl however was actually nice and thoughtful unlike the cashier. IF IM NOT GOING TO FEEL WELCOMED THEN IM NOT COMING BACK!

Understand that there's only 1 employee making pickup orders for all delivery services while everyone else watches. Plenty of seating but they turned the ac down for a reason. And its always dirty the 3x I've been there.
