The only option for protein was steak. They were out of Queso! The experience wouldn’t have been so bad. Had they provided great Customer service. I could have over looked the minimal amount of options. I probably won’t be go back.

But lately, I’ve noticed that you're hiring very rude employees, especially this one guy I ran into at Chipotle. I was really disappointed. He is so rude and talks to customers disrespectfully. A delivery driver came to pick up an order right in front of me and had been waiting for over 20 minutes. He tried calling out to him: "Hello, hello. Excuse me, excuse me," but the employee ignored him. The driver just wanted to know if the order was in their system or not. Do you know what the guy answered? "I don't have the order." Even though he actually did! And then he said, "If you can wait, you wait. If you can't wait, cancel the order." Do you really think this is normal behavior?
