For the price of a steak bowl, that’s not acceptable. I politely asked if I could have just a little more, and instead of adding a reasonable amount, the employee literally added one single piece of steak. It honestly felt dismissive and frustrating. I understand that employees have portion guidelines to follow, but customers also expect a fair amount of the main protein they’re paying extra for. I’ve always liked Chipotle, but experiences like this make it hard to justify the cost. I hope management does a better job of ensuring portions are consistent and that customers are treated with respect when they have reasonable requests.
