The only thing that I didn't like which I'm pretty sure is a health hazard is that they had uncovered chipotle sauces sitting out. Yes, having uncovered bottle sauces (like Tabasco) is a potential health hazard and a very common violation of local health codes, such as the NYC Health Code.

When I came to pick up my food, the cashier was standing there doing nothing and told me I had to wait for someone else who was just staring at a screen. I had to ask, “How would she even know I’m here?” before he finally went to get her. It should be common sense to let the employee know a customer is waiting, or better yet, just help me yourself and avoid the unnecessary delay altogether. Terrible customer service.
