  I went to this Chipotle right after an urgent care visit, so I was already not having a great day. I ordered a simple bowl with chips and queso but ended up only getting the chips and bowl. No queso at all. I was in a rush and didn't check my bag (that's on me) but want to say the place itself looked bad, all the tables were dirty, floors were sticky. Between the missing item and cleanliness I would not recommend or come back to this location.

  The staff here is rude. They don’t have no type of training or customer service. They will have someone on take out and covering the register. I waited about 10 mins to be checked out to wait for the take out to finish up an online order. He literally could’ve checked me out and continued what he was doing. Two other workers who looked like they were on lunch was watching him as the line picked up behind me and delivery persons showed up. The one staff member got up literally to pass the individual the sitting to go order on the rack. I ask her is there anyone covering the register she points of the cashiers as he’s staring at the take out screen , not even paying attention. I value my time and I was being so polite from the start. It’s like they seen a black man and was like … he could wait. Meanwhile the dasher who came in way after me can pick up there Togo food and go about their business. lol what a joke .

  NOT GOING TO LIE. Please give that man who was on the line a helping hand. With a long almost reaching out the door. The other two young ladies did not even support him when he had more than 3 things needed to restock. The lack of team effort was disgusting. I got to the store at 6:35 and left at 6:50. That is beyond the longest I ever waited. Not only that to watch the girls just watch and give no support it was sad. Do better team.
