Now on my second order, they gave me a totally wrong order. I ordered chipotle honey chicken and they gave me carnitas (pork) instead when I am forbidden from eating pork. Absolutely disgusting, its almost like the employees are doing it on purpose.

- MHMATTHEW HARSJul 15, 20261.0Today an employee refused to engage with me unless I spoke Spanish. I do speak Spanish, along with five other languages, but that’s not the point. He then handed me my corn in a container he didn’t bother to seal. Not pressed shut, not even half closed. It dumped through my bag and coated the inside of my backpack. They don’t seal the containers here, so whatever you order is a gamble on whether it survives the trip home. It’s a pattern, not a bad day. Nothing is prepped before opening, so the early crowd gets nothing. One person works the line, one runs the register, and the rest are somewhere in the back while the pans sit empty. They run out of ingredients constantly. I ride a rented scooter to get there and I’ve burned hundreds of dollars in rental fees waiting on a store that isn’t functionally open until noon, plenty of times leaving without ordering at all. Some of the staff are genuinely nice. But a couple won’t say one word to you. Say thank you, get silence. Ask for a little extra of something, get a complaint. The whole vibe is that they’re doing you a favor by handing you your food, and I think they know they’re the only Chipotle around and act accordingly. I’ve been to Chipotles all over the country and never seen service like this. Save your money. Go to the local Dominican spot. Real food, real people, and your food will still be in the container when you get home.
