I couldn't get the free guac and chips because you had to order through the app and I had already paid for my entree so I wasn't going to order another one just to get that. Then all their sodas were just plain water. All the juices empty, except the bad one. To top it off the honey chicken wasn't cooked and it was mushy. Bad job chipotle .

This location is constantly out of basic items—fajita veggies have been missing the last probably five times I’ve gone, which is kind of ridiculous for something that’s a standard part of the menu. It doesn’t seem like a one time issue either, it’s every time. Last visit was especially frustrating. I ordered and paid, then was told they had no forks. That’s something that should be communicated before someone checks out, not after. It just feels like there’s no attention to the customer experience. Portions are also noticeably smaller compared to other Chipotle locations. I understand everything is portion-controlled, but here it feels excessive. Even when I order a side of protein, the cup comes half filled. Overall it’s just been consistently disappointing between the missing items, poor communication, and small portions.

This is the only Chipotle I visit that serves like a half bowl. Most other ones have to smash your food down with the tin lid. The way prices are for food today, this ain't the place to go. Also the place is always disheveled and dirty.
