Most insultingly, she added that I didn’t want my requested flavor. Excuse me??? I know what I want and you didn’t make it correctly. Since I had already waited ten minutes in line to order, I didn’t want to wait any more for a refund and left with the unwanted milkshake. There is a Carvel ice cream shoppe just across the street and I really should have gone there from the start.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
