When it delivered I got a small cake that looked nothing like the display, and it wasn’t even Oreo. If they don’t have the flavor, the least they can do is try to call or tell the delivery person that they’re out of stock. The store doesn’t even pick up the phone, I’ve called about 5 times! Ridiculous customer service.

This is dangerous and unprofessional. Double check your food orders if you walk in and order something.

As the woman approached I said, "Hi, how are you?" She ignored my greeting and asked what I wanted. I find this rude and an unspoken way of saying hurry up. No problem, I'm not here to form a friendship. When I paid for my purchase, without a word, she actually flung the bag in my direction for me to place my items in. I was stunned. I'm not opposed to bagging my own items, I'm stunned that she snapped a bag at me. Her actions tell me that she doesn't want my business. Maybe she has a problem with customers of certain races or ethnicities. In either case, rest assured, I will never patronize this business again.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
