Ordered a sweet and salty and got a bold and bitter. It should have came with caramel drizzle but I had to ask why there wasn’t any drizzle. The staff were too busy goofing off to actually get the order right. It was a disgusting experience and very disappointing. I’ll stick to 7Brew Greece where service is always 10 out of 10

Hi, I’ve been trying to get in touch with a representative for a while, but today I was at the brockport location and I am a frequent customer, I only drink the 7energy because when I first started going when it opened I was warned there would be issues with the coffee flavorings containing dairy. So today I decided to try it and ask the barista about my contains milk question and she answered them the best they could where I felt confident enough to try your coffee (I go to Starbucks and dunkin with no issues btw) so I get my sweet and salty and it’s no flavoring just the most bitter drink I’ve ever had. I pull around I speak to the manager and tell her this has no flavoring and Id like to swap it for something that I can actually drink. She told me that she could do that but I’d have to repay and basically buy a whole separate drink. I think that’s ridiculous I’ve been going to that location since opening week.

I'm just going to start driving back out to brockport it's worth it at this point y'all are the only stand that makes drinks right and does it within an efficient amount of time. Abbi does an amazing job with this stand!

Everyone was smiling, they were playing energetic music it had me bumping ! Lol, the guy who took my order was delightful and I got my free drink for my birthday pretty quickly ! The music was great I turned mine off to hear it I like all different kinds of music one of them being club music where you just wanna dance I was dancing in my truck while waiting lol. I got a large chai latte with almond milk less ice add sugar cookie and pumpkin 👩‍🍳

i gave this place two chances and was let down both times! i ordered a banana bread iced coffee and it tasted like plain coffee with regular creamer. i also ordered a chocolate milkshake for my boyfriend and he said it tasted watery and like it was just crushed up ice. i wanna like this place but something needs to change... if i wanted a watered down plain coffee i'd go to dunkin! i'd also like to mention that the music they play is pretty loud, i can barely hear myself think.
