  I caught a vibe in the drive thru They were playing whip n nae nae this is the best iced coffee i’ve ever had i feel like martin drinking crumbl cookie 👅❤️

  I went her a little over a month ago. I ordered a white chocolate latte alond with 3 other drinks. They bring out the drink as we were in the drive-thru. The white chocolate latte looked way too dark to be white chocolate. So I told him it was the wrong drink. The kid told me no it wasn't and to move along as they were too busy. I took a sip and it was definately a mocha latte and not a white chocolate. I reiterated that I fact it was a mocha latte and not the white chocolate. And the rude employee said that I was too dumb to know the difference as I was not a barista. Too bad for him, I have been making espresso latte's, machiado's since before he was born. I called the following day to speak with a manager. 2 calls were never picked up and the other 2 calls after I asked 5o speak with a manager I was hung up on. Absolutely disgusting for a new non established business in the area to be treating customers this way and ro pay such a premium for crap you didnt order. You're better off going to Jitters on buffalo rd in N. Chili as they give you what you order, it tastes fantastic, and costs way less.

  I really love their coffee, but I had some girl today tell me that she couldn't operate the tablet for me to check out. It's ridiculous that they expect us to touch that disgusting tablet that has people snot and germs and fingerprints all over it. So I left. I won't be going back. Damn shame too. Back to Dunkin I go.
