  Great brunch with many delicious choices. Service is always great. I come from Connecticut just to eat lunch there.

  Very disappointed with this restaurant. Beyond my own negative experience, I have seen concerns raised by people who say they were treated poorly as employees. I also noticed that a number of negative reviews seem to have disappeared, which raises questions about transparency. Businesses should be willing to accept criticism and address concerns from both customers and workers rather than appear to silence them. Until I see meaningful changes, I would not recommend this place.

  ZERO STARS. I booked my daughter’s bridal shower. We met with Able. Upon meeting with him I explained that I was a florist and would need to get in early to set up. He said no problem he also said the staff would be there and anything we needed to just ask. When my husband got there with the first delivery JOSE told him there is no bridal shower here today it’s a baby shower so my husband in turn said no it’s a bridal shower. I got there not long after that we began to set up. We asked 3 time if they could lower the heat and they ignored us. So I opened the door Jose in turn came in a yelled at my daughter for doing that. I asked for extra tables when I met with Able he said no problem, that day I asked for extra table and I was told very RUDELY by JOSE that they have a lot of parties and don’t have tables. So I sent my husband home to get some folding tables. When my baker arrived he asked for them to put the cake in the refrigerator and again was very RUDELY told by JOSE he didn’t have room for it cause he has so many parties which I should have been told that they wouldn’t have room and I could have had the cake delivered later. Upon arrival 2 of our guests were told by the staff that there wasn’t a bridal shower that day they only had a baby shower. Which was extremely embarrassing for us. The staff kept having to ask what was included in the menu. Obviously there was no communication with the staff and management. JOSE was extremely NASTY to us. We gave them a lot of money to have this party. I reached out to Able the following week to explain how upset I was he said he was very busy and would call me the following Monday. Well it’s 6 Mondays now and I have not heard from him so felt that people should know, TO BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN BOOKING A PARTY and make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITTING. There was also issues with the final cost. Sadly I didn’t want to do this but they have showed me it’s not about customer satisfaction it’s only about the MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a professional florist for 37 years and have done jobs big and small in catering halls and restaurants and I’ve never experienced “vender to vender” obnoxiousness especially when I was the one who was paying and hosting the event.

  My mother in law put together my Baby shower at Tierra Rustica. I wanted a certain room and my mother in law was told the room was available. I did not know this happened but I wish I did. A manager by the name of Jose, told my in laws last minute the room I wanted to given to another party because "they paid more". I also had a onsie station the vendor was there and she needed a chord to put together the onsie station. I learned after my shower that the manager Jose was extremely rude to the point that she wanted to walk out. My father in law was able to calm the situation. My onsie lady stated she had never experienced this ever at a venue. I wish I would have known. The manager Jose does not seem to know how to actually be a manager. He sounds like a person that is too power hungry and does not know actually how to one talk to people and two, actually manage a restaurant. What happened was very unprofessional and not right. I will never give my money to Tierra Rustica ever again after this event happened. To Jose you really need to learn how to speak to people and learn communication skills, because it sounds like you lack them to the extreme. You do not succeed in a business with your type of personality.
