- RLRob LimAug 2, 20263.0I come every morning and my food and drinks are ready fast and promptly. Today I ordered from my app about 7 minutes before I came in, I stood inside and waited another 10 minutes. I was not mad and didn’t even ask for my food. I just waited as they were busy. Then someone asked what I was waiting for, which i thought that was nice and considerate. Then out of no where came someone else and gave me an attitude and told me a lot of people were ahead of me and sorry. But what killed me is I didn’t want an excuse or ask for one i was just waiting and not complaining. You could see the fake smile as she said it, like she hated her job and was talking it out on me. She was having a problem before that making someone else’s food. I was here for 10 minutes just waiting so i seen her move. I think she might have been in charge and just frustrated, but she should work on her customer service skills and not lie to people that are not even asking for a lie.

Not sure why but my guess is they are not washing out the pots properly the night before. The place does look dirty and run down. I need to find a different location to spe d my $300 per month
