  Taking forever to get your food been waiting in line for 25 minutes. all doors are locked so you can’t even get your mobile order. You have to sit in the line even now your food is ready for pick up.

  Alright so one of the workers literally took a bite out of both of my hashbrowns this morning. Listen, I understand that working that job is probably pretty terrible but I want to repeat my experience today as it happened exactly: I’m going into work this morning, I’ve ordered with the app and when I get there the person tells me they’ll be with me in a moment. That’s fine, I see the only person is front of me has pulled ahead into the waiting spot but I figure there’s probably people inside. I waited a handful of minutes and nobody speaks to me so out loud but sort of quietly I go like “wooow” and I will admit, that was kind of rude of me. But anyway I guess they heard me over the mic because the lady came back saying “I’m with a customer at the counter right now” in a pretty annoyed tone. Then when I pulled up to the window I waited about another five minutes to get two hashbrowns and an order of hotcakes. The person who spoke to me on the speaker did not speak to me at the window, which was fair. But yes as I said before, both of my hashbrowns had bites taken out of them, out of the bottoms so that I wouldn’t notice immediately. I also want to make it clear, I ordered at least ten minutes before getting there. I just don’t understand what is even the point of an app if you wait just as long

  Can’t get the food right even when the manger tells them what to do. Printed of the sticker for plain guy made it wrong. After being told he made it wrong he did it again. Go to eat it he gives the wrong ones back to us. Didn’t check before getting home my fault I guess

  Second update: slow anytime of day. AVOID AVOID ALWAYS SLOW: I dont know if its the employees or what. Everytime I come heres its painfully slow. Occasionally come once every three months. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!

  I stopped there to get some food after having surgery because I had to fast for 12 hours and the drive through line was ridiculous. I ended up going in and ordering on the kiosk. The machine was out of paper so I didn’t know what order number was. The wait time was unusually long even though there weren’t many people dining in. When I finally got my order they forgot my soft drink so I went back up for a cup. The ice machines were empty and they had no napkins. After getting back in the car heading home I realized that they left out my large fries. My chicken strips felt like chewing rubber. The whole experience was terrible! What a waste of time and money. I strongly suggest avoiding this location.
