- GIGoob IeAug 9, 20264.0Upon entering the establishment, i was greeted by a polite young man with beautiful eyes, he took my order with patience, and i could tell my drink was made with care and love, because it tasted so good! 👋 Another time, i came through drive through and this other guy with earrings was very attentive and took my order with precision, i had just finished paying, and my order was already done, very speedy service from both of them. Overall, this dunkin's afternoon workers are delightful, i cant say the same about the morning workers though... theyre always rude to me and treat me like a nuisance, anyways tho, hope the noon workers get a raise!

When I told Mikey my name on the speaker he proceeded to say “next time place the order in advance so we can have more time to make it”….i said “when I place it over the app, I receive the item cold” he says “oh well not really but okay” I pulled up to the window. I told him what difference would it make if I just place the order through the drive thru instead of over the app. He proceeded to say “that’s the point of ordering over the app”. He was extremely rude in a sarcastic way and should not be dealing with customers if he does not appreciate his position. As a business owner I was extremely disappointed with the way Mikey handles customer service. I order over the app for points and for record. Hopefully this is addressed.

If you open later then 5:00am change the sign if you open at 5:00am reeducate your employees to open the doors and not ignore people when they are doing wrong I will be calling corporate on Monday
- RIRobin IglesiasMay 27, 20261.0i travel up and down long island almost everyday for work - i go to countless dunkin’s across the island and i always order the same drink, i always ask for no oatmilk, and cream to substitute for my drink because it’s normally made with oatmilk. idk if it’s been the same guy the past two times i’ve come here, but they always give me a hard time about the drink. i know it’s possible to do because i’ve gotten it at other dunkin’s COUNTLESS of times. i’m always nice about it and i tell them i understand there’s no way to input it in the system but at other places they make it anyway and the first time he made a smart comment saying ‘well they’re wrong’ which threw me off cause like i just want my drink lol…. i went again today hoping for a different outcome, but again they said they weren’t able to make the drink for me. i told them to cancel my order and i would go to another one which is less than 10 minutes away, and i got my drink made there no issues!
