  This is the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to and quite possibly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. After seeing all the negative reviews I figured I'd just walk in to try to get what I need since ordering through the app and drive-through seems to be a nightmare. Well it wasn't much better inside. First of all the place was very dirty, nothing was stopped, and no one was present at the front to greet me. When someone finally did come they still didn't greet me and treated me as if I was a nuisance rather than a valued customer. I ordered a dozen donuts to bring into work. Not only do they put the wrong donuts in the box right in front of me but when confronted stated that that's what I had said. I didn't want to argue so I just took the incorrec order and decided to get the hell out of there. Well it got worse when me and my colleagues ate the donuts since every single one of them was stale hard and did not taste fresh. I should have listened to the reviews I'll never come back to this location again

  No friendliness as you walk in. I remember I came once before and vowed to never come back, but it’s hot today and I really wanted a refresher before I picked up my daughter from school so I came in. I waited, wasn’t greeted , then was helped , asked for a refresher - she poured some juice in a cup with some ice, everywhere else I go they give you fruit in it, they try lol to make it look like the picture not that everything does because we all know it doesn’t , the manager saw me and went to the back instead of asking me if I need help. I guess I was raised in a different customer service timeline. Either way this time I for sure won’t be back. I’d rather keep my good energy then give my hard earned or give it to another that deserves it.🫡💯🥋❤️🥊

  So I order a eggs and cheese on croissant they gave me eggs and cheese with bacon and they didn’t gave me a second hash brown I’m missing First of all it took me a while to realize it haded bacon because my throat was hurting a lot I have swallow issues and when I saw it haded bacon I was like no wonder my throat was hurting But overall the food was good but please as a girl who has swallow issues it can cause issues more then throat being in pain 😭 Edit: I forgot to put this one but another thing The cheese wasn’t cook at all and the eggs and cheese was kinda cold it seem like that female cooker didn’t really toast it very well and also the bacon wasn’t really cook too Anyway the hash brown was the only one that was cook but please roast the bacon and cheese and eggs more next time I haded to put three stars because the eggs and cheese and bacon wasn’t really cook it felt cold I’m writing this again because you guys forgot to put my hash brown…

  It had been a long time since I last bought anything at Dunkin' Donuts, so today I decided to stop by to pick up an iced coffee and two croissants. As it turns out, the girl serving me—instead of giving me two plain croissants—handed me a pastry filled with ham, even though I had specifically asked for toasted croissants. And the coffee was horrible—super bitter. Whenever I get the urge to buy something at this particular location, the coffee is always terrible.

  My brother had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. He ordered a caramel latte with whipped cream, but his drink was made incorrectly—it had no whipped cream and was made with cream instead of regular milk. When he went back inside to have it corrected, he realized there was also no caramel in the latte. He brought this up, and instead of resolving the issue, a staff member became rude and insisted the drink already had caramel. He even tasted it in front of her to show that it didn’t. She then told him he would have to pay extra to add whipped cream and caramel, even though his original order included those items and the mistake was on their end. When he questioned this, the situation escalated further, and she made an extremely inappropriate and offensive comment by calling him “homeless.” This level of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to other customers.
