My husband ordered Oreo, which contains dairy, and both containers were handed to us completely unlabeled. After taking a few bites, it became obvious that I had been given the wrong ice cream. For someone with a food allergy, this isn’t a minor mistake—it can be a serious health risk. Proper labeling and order verification should be a basic standard, especially when non-dairy items are ordered. To make matters worse, I immediately tried calling the store to let them know, but the phone number doesn’t even work, leaving no way to report the issue or prevent it from happening to someone else. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please be extremely cautious ordering from this location. This experience was unacceptable. Attached is the photo of the regular dairy Jamoca icecream.

I will never go to this Baskin Robbins ever again. I was ignored and treated like trash. When I got the ice cream home, the ice cream tasted like it was melted and frozen again. Disgusting!!! I ordered chocolate cookie dough. It was utterly gross. I cannot believe I spent money at this store. Won’t be back and will tell my family never to go to this store again.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
