- MMMRMJun 4, 20261.0I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over five years, and as an American, I know how vital good service and respect are when you run a business. Unfortunately, what was once a place I loved has become a source of disappointment. The food is still decent, but the biggest issue is how the staff talks about customers—most of the time, I understand 60 to 70% of what they’re saying, even though it’s in a second language. I never respond because I don’t want to stoop to that level, but I know many people just ignore it. Still, it’s painful to see. I kept coming back out of loyalty to the business, but I can’t stay silent any longer. If things don’t change, this place will lose more long-term customers. It took me five years to leave this review, but something needs to change and I hope management looks over this issue.

I have given this Dunkin a months worth of visits to see if they go back to making my Carmel macchiato the way they use to. Def not. I don't what or who is making the coffee but this place can no longer make specialty drinks. It tastes completely different then any other Dunkin. Don't waste your time or money on this Dunkin. They have no idea how to make the specialty coffees. All milk and no coffee/espresso added. This is the worst Dunkin. I've asked if something was changed and they couldn't even be bothered to answer me. Probably because the whole crew doesn't speak good English. They couldn't care less about their regular customers. Don't give this place your hard earned money. Worst Dunkin ever.

My coffee will be not sweet enough. So I always have to check to make sure it’s good before I leave. But you can’t go wrong with Dunkin!
