  I pulled through before 10:30 and it was still breakfast while I was on line but when I get to place an order the boy said “breakfast just ended” girl it’s 10:30 on the dot you’re joking don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here again it’s not that serious but it is dumb that’s for sure

  My food was great as always. Loved the salad with spicy grilled filet. Just really disappointed my dressing was left out for the second time. Otherwise, service is great, but that's a huge part of the meal to forget.

  I love chick fila but this location has terrible service. I ordered on the app. When I arrived, I decided to go inside rather than picking up my online order from the app drive thru line. When I got inside I saw my order was in process. Then the screen showed it was completed. After standing there for 5 minutes, I asked one of the associates why im still waiting when it says its ready. He said he would check. Waited 15 minutes which is a long time for fast food. They have been opened almost 3 months and should have their delivery times down pat by now. I guess I will have to drive out of the way to Farmingdale when the craving strikes.

  I'm not surprised to see this location is off to a tumultuous start. I've been to dozens of Chick Fil A all over the east coast from Florida to NY...probably well over 100 visits over the years, this is the 1st and only location that refused to honor the 1st responders discount that the Chick Fil A graciously offers. Emilio, the manager, when asked by an associate to help her put in the discount, refused to do it stating I must dine in AND be in uniform. Perhaps this is SOP for this location, but I have NEVER had this experience anywhere else...not once. The food wasn't hot, fries were soggy. Still a big Chick Fil A fan but I will not ne returning to this location and Ill be contacting corporate customer support. I couldn't help to feel a little disrespected by Emilio as he didn't even have the decency to come and address me himself and I felt bad for the young lady who seemed like she would have helped me if she only knew how to apply the discount (which we appreciate immensely)

  Visited this location on multiple occasions and have been very dissatisfied with the service. Each visit has resulted in items not being received. How hard is it when someone orders a salad with extra dressing, walnuts, etc to forget to put any of the items in the bag. Very frustrating to drive home 15 minutes only to find items were missing. Very poor job for a location that just opened. I will not be returning to this location
