  my boyfriend and i came here earlier and the food was great and everything no complaints there, but he's lost his keys and we're looking everywhere so i figured i would call here to see if there was a pair of keys left behind. called them four times in a row and they didn't pick up. i get it's dinner time and probably busy but omg does anyone know how to answer the phone bruh

  Support is absolutely nonexistent. Corporate refers everything to local managers, then nothing happens. Staff can be either amazing or terrible. I ate here 3-4 times weekly and have spent hundreds a week. God forbid you try to use a coupon youre given. Today I was told I wasn't allowed to place 2 separate orders. No reason given. Im just done with this conpany. Fresh Catch poke Co has better bowls anyhow.

  I’m not convinced they’re not just making half the menu unavailable on the app so they don’t have to make anything. like, how is half your menu unavailable at least 50% of the time? or they just don’t order enough supplies… not sure which one is more incompetent. someone please give us a local run smoothie shop. 2 stars bc the drinks i do get are fine, I guess.

  I sometimes come here on my lunch and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. The staff was nice and I didn’t wait long but the staff needs to be trained better on how to serve the food. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it was cut diagonally from the top right corner to the bottom left corner and it wasn’t cut all the way through so once I picked it up it completely fell apart. I would’ve gone back and asked for it to be remade or a refund but i went on my lunch break and it was 15 minutes away so I didn’t have time once I found out. This is very disappointing, although the staff was nice this is completely unacceptable and whoever made this wrap needs to take their time and be retrained.
