  I Put in a door dash order through this location. My dasher called me and said that they gave my order to someone else and refused to remake it. He then put an employee on the phone who told me there was nothing she could do, even though it was their mistake. Door dash couldn’t give me a refund due to the order “still be processed” it took over an hour for this taco bell to make 1 burrito and 3 chalupas just to give my food away to someone else. You treated me very poorly and my door dasher very poorly who is just doing his job. This place is a disgrace and you will never get my business again. I will be calling corporate as well. The only positive is how well my dasher communicated and helped me to eventually get a refund. How can you just give my food away and then tell me, you cant remake it or give me a refund. The management here is horrible stay far away!

  People have been complaining about this establishment and frankly im tired of it. These guys are the best workers, there hard workers and order hott food with a smile! You don't usually go to a fast food restaurant and see workers with a smile that says THEY WANNA BE THERE! Yeah maybe they have made a few small things that this guys have messed up on but noone is perfect and I can promise this place is Phenomenal! If I was there boss or manager or whatever I would give them a raise. Leave truthful reviews. Not your negative nancy garbag please and thank you. Good work taco bell!

  I just don’t get it! I use the app to order ahead so I don’t have a big wait when I arrive at the drive thru line. We get there talk to an Ai generated speaker. Then pull up with nobody behind us and are told to go around to the other side I ask why she says I want to improve my drive thru time. What’. No body behind me.! Then we pull over and wait a few minutes and she comes out. Still nobody in drive thru lline. Ugh!

  over an hour wait for 4 meals. let me repeat that; they took over an hour to produce 4 meals. a FAST FOOD restaurant with wait times longer than a traditional restaurant, and they STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG. is the issue management? or are the employees lazy? we may never know, because they’ll just make you wait for that too.
