  This is terrible establishment, they refused my team of 17 people and they refused us because we “didn’t call”. They were not busy there was not a single person in this McDonald’s. There was multiple workers in this building. It was the slowest hour of their day not a single person in there. There was two adults outside to add on being sexual around children. This McDonald’s is incredibly lazy and do not recommend!

  This McDonald’s refused to serve my team of 17 people at the slowest part of their day because we didn’t call ahead, Which is insane because there was not a single person in the restaurant And there was multiple employees who would’ve served us, but the cashier turned us away immediately. I do NOT recommend coming to this establishment.

  I placed an order via the McDonalds app at 10:04 pm. When I reached the pick up location, I parked in curbside spot 5, around 10:25 pm and checked in in the app. There were two employees in uniform making out, and I assume they were on break. By 10:35, nobody has come out to me. I drove to the drive-thru pickup window to inquire about the delay. The delay was not acknowledged, but the fact that they could not make a smoothie was mentioned. I asked why I was being notified at 10:37 when I placed the order over 30-min prior, and the cashier began laughing. Someone else pulled into drive-thru lane and the amused cashier told them the restaurant was closed. It closes at midnight, not 10:37 pm. I asked how to be refunded for the smoothie I ordered, to which the cashier stated, I don't know. So now I am writing a negative review with hopes of terminating the cashier and the love affair presenting out front. I also need a refund for my smoothie. Oh, and lastly, I wont be back!

  Waiting in line for ever with staving toddlers then want happy meals. No one taking our order in right lane. She kept telling me to hang on and kept only taking an order in left lane. So I waited in line to order at the window and tells me I can’t drive around and go site in the left lane then. Megan was her name and Tyler the manager. I’ll reach out to corporate. There is no quality in customer service and certainly not “ fast food”. She slammed the window door in my face and wouldn’t take my order…. At the same register she takes orders off from headset. Needless to say Burger Kind was fast and delicious.

  I never want to write a negative review and unfortunately I can't find anything positive to say other than the cashier was friendly and had great tattoos. Let's start with the outside of the building. It looks like someone took an old, dirty building and slapped a McDonald's facade on the front of it. I use the word front hesitantly because the front doesn't face the road. It faces the parking lot. You see the dirty rest of the building from the road. We walked in and because we were traveling the first thing I did was go to the bathroom. When I entered there was a wet floor sign. I presumed from the floor being washed. Once in a stall I realized that in fact it hadn't been mopped, at least not properly. The floor was so sticky in both stalls that you could see foot prints in it. The floor was not wet. When I walked out I noticed water puddling under the door. I thought it was odd until I opened the door and saw that the thick, nasty looking liquid was leaking from the bottom of the garbage can right next to the woman's bathroom. It rain between tiles and right under the bathroom door. I met my husband at the counter, after informing an employee of the leak. The employee looked surprised and unsure of what to do with the info I gave him. Eventually he walked off to the kitchen, I assume to share the complaint with someone. We ordered and I took my cup over to the drink station. I almost threw up! It was 8ish in the morning and the grate under the soda buttons was DISGUSTING! It literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. (see video) I quickly filled my cup and moved down to where the straws and lids were. That area was a sticky mess with what looked like orange soda smeared around. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this location. I'd be even more mortifying I was the store manager. How the heck a McDonald's was this filthy so early in the morning I'll never know. What I do know is that when we travel this route again we most certainly will not be stopping at this one for a break and food. Consider this, if it's that filthy out where customers can see it, can you imagine what the areas in the kitchen look like. I absolutely, 100%, do not recommend that you, your friends or family eat at this location unless a major clean up takes place and is maintained consistently for at least a month. Gotta wonder what health inspectors would have to say about this McDonald's.
