  Drive through is poorly designed. Small signage to indicate where the drive through starts. Line was a little slow, but my coffee was good. 🤷‍♂️

  A place where you can sit down to eat indoors, the bathroom is out of order. That's actually really disrespectful to your patrons

  Is absolutely disrespectful just one employee serving EVERYWHERE, line at the counter, line at the drive thru and this poor guy running here and there. This is not the way to save money, this is the way to use people. This is ridiculous.

  I've never had such a rude fast food worker in my life as I did at this dunkin. I normally wouldn't make negative reviews about a customer service worker because I get it, these jobs can suck, but this was actually insane. The man who took my order had an accent, but this wasn't the entire reason that I couldn't understand him. He was talking so insanely fast, I could barely hear him over the speaker and he could barely hear me despite me practically yelling so he could hear me. I had to have him repeat himself a few times because he was speaking so fast and so quietly, which just made him angry. He was being so condescending and rude, and was actually yelling at me for not understanding him. He did nothing to try to speak more clearly. Again, the accent wasn't really the issue, but speaking that fast and quietly on top of the accent makes it impossible to understand. That was actually an insane experience, I've never had anyone in customer service be this rude.
