- VBVicky Brearley5 days ago1.0Workers do not make the drink the way they are supposed to and when you tell them they give you attitude. They refuse to fix there mistakes. Plus they have no problem talking shit about the customers or employees in front of you.

I later called the manager and told her the situation that I have a nerve issue that makes handling anything with ice a little more difficult. She proceeded to tell me "Dispite medical conditions it doesnt change the policy " over ice in a drink is wild.

What kind of establishment is being run here? Replace the manager, that way her “friends” don’t show up and run their mouths over bullshit
- JJJessApr 28, 20261.0I had the worst experience at this establishment today, A lady ordered a drink, and the manager Sabrina Hugaboom gave her half a cup of what she ordered, so she got upset, as she should. Then her friend and former employee comes in, waits for this lady to leave, then proceeds to swear and say awful things to literally every single customer. This man was disrespectful, had a foul mouth, said sexual and derogatory things which should have never been said. Her district manager comes in, she tells him a bullshit story, and says "I'm just doing my job". If you were doing your job, that situation would of been descelated, instead she let it all play out. I highly don't recommend this place to anyone, rude and careless staff.
