  Can not stand how employees an the manager treat customers, refused to give order over a drink i wanted to get with my meal, willing to pay the uncharge for a strawberry lemonade drink, an was completely treated like crap by employees, uncalled for an they should not have a job, I will no longer be going to arbys for how they treated me, vestal location is the same way, treated me like crap an refused to give me my order over a drink

  Very poor Arby's. Our order was wrong. Didn't know it until getting home and found they gave us the wrong order. Called and the person was argumentative to my call. I expected an apology, none given just kept insulting me. A redo for the sandwiches were offered but unable to get to the restaurant. An apology should have been made.

  I went to the drive-thru recently after dinner hour. I ordered the fish "deluxe" because I wanted the extra: lettuce and tomato on my fish. When I got home the fish was ice cold and had one sheet of iceberg lettuce on it and no tomato. Makes me never want to go to this place again. Just a ripoff. Any manager that would keep such lazy staff on should be fired themselves.
