  I've only been to 7 brew a few times. I respect being ready to order when entering the line. However, I had a few people to order for and they seemed very impatient that I wasn't too familiar with their options. I understand that service needs to continue for guests, however, no one was behind me. When I have the ability to choose where I spend my money, I want to be treated with respect where I go.

  Shift lead Emily needs better training on how to handle cards being double charged. I come though every day, yesterday my card was double charged, apparently it had happened a few times already that day. My large coffee was 7.45 , the extra charge I didn’t make was 8.45- she couldn’t refund it to me (so she says) so she asked if a free drink card was fine. I agreed that it was fine and thanked her. I came through to get my normal coffee of the day, and was told I could only get a medium with my drink card. I asked to talk with Emily because my large coffee was only 6.45 (7.45 with tip) , and the charge on my card I DIDNT make was 8.45. She proceeded to give me attitude saying next time someone gives you a free drink card it’s only good for a medium. How about next time you just refund my card? And give me back my 8.45 so I can get two medium coffees - because your drink card resolution was unfair and the attitude was completely unacceptable considering the fact money was STOLEN from me. Management needs to deal with Emily. I’m using cash from now on, because 7 brew can steal your money and apparently have no way to refund it to you.

  Another chain coffee shop that can’t get the a drink to taste even remotely close twice in a row. A friend bought me one as a treat never visited before and the barista recommended something that was perfect.So I finally decided to give it a try for myself. Second time it tasted like coffee and milk no sweetener no cinnamon or brown sugar taste. Very disappointed going back to my regular coffee shop.

  Love 7 brew, if you haven't been there go, they have so many different drink options to chose from.(blondie iced coffee is delicious)
