  The best Caramel Lattes I've ever had. And truly the freshest most moist Donuts I've ever had in all the years eating Dunkin' Donuts fantastic staff

  They were good for the first couple weeks. The quality has went out the door. Ice coffees taste like im drinking water mixed with dirt. I order a wake up wrap and when i received it ITS ICE COLD

  I used to enjoy coming to this Dunkin because the previous staff was always friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, since the manager changed, my experience has gone downhill. The atmosphere is no longer the same, and the customer service has become disappointing. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the service because this location used to be much better. Sometime it feel like their older staff are in stress and the main problem is we can go and meet them but once this location has just drive through older staff can’t get chance to come to the window And for the coffee and food if you get what you order then you are lucky

  THEY MESSED UP MY 4TH OF JULY 1)Terrible stuff. They don't understand my order. They always take a wrong order initially and then i have to repeat it again and again until they understand it. I always have my coffee same way: "one small coffee with half and half". Is it rally hard to understand this order? 2)after i had to correct my order i pulled up my car to the window where I'm supposed to get my coffee. But there was no one over there. I.had to wait at least 7 minutes in my car to get my coffee. There was no other car in the line. It was me only waiting there. 3)Finally i got my coffee and left the location and started sipping my coffee while driving. Oh Gosh! The coffee was cold not even warm. Actually this is happening to me as a second time but i didn't mind much at first time but when experienced the same bad service and same cold coffee, i had to write this review. I'm just wondering if there's any managers over there to check the staff and service at least once in a while. But I'm not going there no more!
