  The donuts need to be stored in a lower temperature or the store is to warm The frosting should not come off on the other donut and 1/2 on the bag. How ever the coffee is on point. The Iced coffee is allways good

  The new managers is so rude and I don’t know who he hired but the new employees do not know anything smh. Never going again my coffee was sour and tastes as if it was spoiled. Dunkin headquarters need to take action now.

  THEY MESSED UP MY 4TH OF JULY 1)Terrible stuff. They don't understand my order. They always take a wrong order initially and then i have to repeat it again and again until they understand it. I always have my coffee same way: "one small coffee with half and half". Is it rally hard to understand this order? 2)after i had to correct my order i pulled up my car to the window where I'm supposed to get my coffee. But there was no one over there. I.had to wait at least 7 minutes in my car to get my coffee. There was no other car in the line. It was me only waiting there. 3)Finally i got my coffee and left the location and started sipping my coffee while driving. Oh Gosh! The coffee was cold not even warm. Actually this is happening to me as a second time but i didn't mind much at first time but when experienced the same bad service and same cold coffee, i had to write this review. I'm just wondering if there's any managers over there to check the staff and service at least once in a while. But I'm not going there no more!

  I gave them several chances because the staff is always very kind but they need to get themselves together. I've had bad coffees 3xs & my order was wrong that was pre-ordered. Disappointed.then they replace it with a donut missing frosting.

  The people that work there are great. The problem is it is takeout only you can't go inside. The other problem is, i've got some donuts from there and they're made very cheaply. The smaller the normal size in whatever filling's supposed to be and it is also smaller as well. I thought the drinks were okay. What's happy at dunkin'?Donuts was near me within walking distance. very disappointed.
