I only keep coming back because it’s the closest one to my house, but every visit reminds me why I say I’m never coming back.The drive-thru service is always bad. The employees, especially the girls at the window, are usually rude and seem more interested in rushing you than actually listening to your order. Almost every time, my coffee is made wrong plus the toast is also burned I have to ask them to fix it. When I do, they act annoyed instead of just making it right.I’ve given this location so many chances because it’s convenient, but the service never improves. A little kindness and paying attention to customers would make a huge difference.This was honestly my last visit. I hope management sees this and does something about the customer service.

I asked for cream in my coffee instead of milk and he filled my entire cup with cream. When I said hey it’s wrong, can you reduce the cream. He is full on arguing, like this is what you asked for and all. This is the second time they have messed up my order. Never going back again. There was the fact that he got so aggressive with his responses is wildddd. I did have the leave my coffee there, paid for it too, because he refused to hear me out and make the corrections. Staff needs retraining!

Although I know this is punishment myself and go back because its to far to go to the best location on hempstead take. Service is horrible! The guy with bald head has been there for ever and he's horrible!! Food just is horrible, they always get it wrong. Im sitting across the street trying desperately to eat this garbage. So much wrong here! Do better for this community please! Lou we know you, and your other businesses, please can you finally correct this and do something about it! Before I retire..from bethpage. Do you even care Lou?
