They need to get that kid away from the window this isn’t the first time that it has happened with the same person. I ordered a medium iced matcha and the worker half blended ice so that I’m having to crunch through big pieces of ice the whole time I’m trying to drink. It just tastes like crunched ice. I should have asked her to remake it, but felt awkward.
