  I’m sorry but the employees here don’t know how to make good coffee - I ordered a small black coffee with a shot of caramel and it was so watered down I could barely taste any coffee. They are definitely not brewing each pot with fresh ground coffee. I would go to a different Dunkin if you want coffee. Otherwise on a positive note the donuts looked fresh, nicely displayed and it was clean inside the store.

  Extremely disappointed in the service here. I watched them pour old, "random" espresso into my latte instead of pulling a fresh shot. For a $5 drink, that’s unacceptable. I had to ask for a refund, and the staff's reaction suggested this might be a common practice. Save your money and go somewhere that values freshness.

  I rarely ever get Dunkin but every single time i do. This location can never get my online orders right. Bacon is not the same as sausage. Hire people that can read
