  I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. We asked about ordering a personal pizza (which is shown on the menu), and the employee named Joy told us that Subway “never sells pizza.” The way she said it was very rude and dismissive, and it felt like she was mocking us for asking a simple question. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of politely explaining or checking, she made us feel like we were wrong or didn’t understand something basic. What made the situation worse was that after we finished ordering and were leaving, she kept staring at us in a very uncomfortable way. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, especially when customers are asking about items that are clearly displayed. This experience left a very negative impression.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was extremely slow, and the staff was unhelpful. I waited over 40 minutes and received the wrong order with no apology

  The old lady Joy what's the worst person I've ever met in customer service I finished spending $13 on a meal there ask her if she could put the cookie and heat it up for me and she got the weirdest attitude with me and said I was weird because I wanted my cookie warmed up and it's no wonder that place is empty. Save yourself the trip go to Wappingers or someone else if you can but this old lady is not a good person and she definitely doesn't deserve the money I paid let's see if she'll be here in 2 years
