  I just had a Jack & Jill baby shower for my daughter and SIL Saturday with about 70 people attending. From the start, John was great to work with. He gave me good advice about setting up, etc…and was a huge help with reasonable pricing. Mike, Abby, Rae and the staff were awesome! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Everyone had a great time and I didn’t hear one negative comment the whole time. If I lived closer, I’d love to dine there frequently. Thank you all for a wonderful day!

  Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff! The chicken Parmesan was so comforting after a long day. Very pet friendly, will definitely be back!

  We have dined at Carters multiple times and recently just had our rehearsal dinner there. John and his staff are truly incredible, we felt so well taken care of - they had our best interest in mind always and helped us have the best evening leading up to our wedding. All our guests raved about the food, John was incredibly accommodating to ensure we had the menu we wanted and had exceptional attention to any dietary needs/allergies. John was so wonderful to work with. Would recommend carters to anyone traveling up to Beacon! (Especially if you want to host an event!)

  The pistachio encrusted lamb chops with pomegranate sauce special this weekend at Carter’s on Main St in Beacon NY was exquisite. Cooked to perfection. The potatoes and spinach were just as succulent and satisfying as the main dish. Kudos to John and his crew. Cara’s service was spot on as well.
