  I was supposed to go to the Clam bar tonight, but unfortunately, they were closed, so we decided to go to Ocean. Probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. When we asked for bread, they said sure that'll be $12. Save yourself the disappointment, go anywhere, but this restaurant.

  We went to the restaurant for my birthday. The crab cake was so small and not fresh. Inside of the burger was cold and had to be sent back. Seafood pasta was as little as an appetizer. I’m wondering where did those 5 stars reviews come from? This restaurant has the best spot of views, but the worst and expensive food, what a waste! never go back, or recommend friends. Disappointed!

  My Wife and I dined at Ocean last night for the first time and had such an amazing experience! We were first greeted by the hostess, Madi, and the manager, Mel, who immediately made us feel so welcomed. They were both incredibly friendly and personable, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everything with our reservation went smoothly and that we were taken care of. It was such a nice way to start the night! The weather was perfect, the sunset view was absolutely beautiful, and the service throughout the night could not have been better. If you’ve been thinking about trying Ocean I definitely would recommend making it there before the end of the season. We will absolutely be back!

  I had a bad experience here years ago for my birthday and decided again to give it another go seeing it on social media. Valet great. Greeted promptly and brought to the table. At the table we sat for about 10 minutes with no greeting. We were asked by one person about water then our waitress came and asked the same questions. We grabbed her again to order drinks. Our drinks came and again we had to grab her to order appetizers. I’m not sure if there were any specials or anything we should try and what’s good or any recommendations . We got our appetizers and we sat there ate our appetizers never asked if everything was good or about ordering food. We get our waitress again as she was at the table next to us to let her know hey we would like to order food. We order our food and drinks again. And that wraps up the experience. No dessert,no coffee and nothing else to ask if we would like. Very much felt like we shouldn’t either be there or they don’t want the business. I understand it being busy but I also understand wanting a full experience especially after having a bad experience previously. Truly need to work with staff on creating a better experience other than the view, I shouldn’t be flagging down staff for silverware,napkins,drinks, food or the bill. Beautiful restaurant and good food but the service needs improvement.

  Took my family to dinner for my son's birthday reservation was for 6pm. We were a big group and was seated in direct sunlight on an extremely hot day while eating i felt like rge sunlight was burning my skin and kept telling the server about the heat of the sun all she said was the sun will go down soon we finished dinner and sun was still burning my skin the sweat was literally leaking of my face and was very visible but no help from staff to get comfortable. I stayed because I drove 2 hours from queens in traffic to be there and was tired from work so I figured the food might be good honestly the food was very bland barely any taste but my son did like the crab sushi. After sitting through dinner we got the bill which was about an hour in and being that this restaurant have a 2 hour limit to being there I just wanted to leave because guess what the sun never set or went down within the time frame. We waited about 4mins for someone to collect payment which never happened i got up and went inside and spoke to the hostess so that she can take the payment so I can just leave. To be honest I will never go back there...
