  Check you cc statement afterwards, cuz they changed the amount of tip written on the receipt to a higher amount - which is illegal robbery! Thankfully I won cc dispute and got reimbursed.... Just imagine how much they rake in on busy nights doing this, since most people don't check their statements, especially if they were drinking!? Good thing I didn't have any alcohol and noticed the jump in amount charged!!

  As a Bayside resident for 15 years, I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at your establishment. I have visited your venue previously with friends and family to enjoy the nice atmosphere. However, during my last visit, our group was stopped at the door and told by your bouncer that we had to pay him directly to gain entry. This has never been requested before, and the behavior was entirely unprofessional. Due to this incident, we took our business across the street to Tipsy Tequila and Taco Bar instead. I will not be returning to your establishment and wanted to bring this matter to management's attention.

  I have been to OSP a few times as a local and the food has always been good. Tonight, I came for the Knicks game 4 game and I have to say Delaney has really elevated my experience and has made it truly memorable. I really appreciate her efforts to making this experience one to remember!!

  a nice spot to watch sports and chill with friends. have to pay after 9pm though which is annoying. depending on the day it could get very crowded and have no sitting. the food is ok. need more of a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. the one beer they have is awful.

  I sat down, and told them I had train in an hour and a half. This place is a 1 minute walk from the station, and they told me it wouldn't be a big deal. So I ordered a breakfast burrito. Just that. Paid as soon as I ordered so I could get out quick. After an hour, the waitress came to me and said she was sorry about the wait. 15 minutes later I asked about my burrito's status and she said she'd check. 10 minutes after that, I just left. It wasn't even busy! There was no game on; more than half the tables were empty. This place can't cook and serve a burrito in 90 minutes on a quiet day. Just, wow.
