- GLGrace Lin5 days ago1.0I have been going to this Dunkin for the last 5 years if not more. Because I’ve been such a long time customer, I have always just brushed aside mistakes that occurred in the past. To name a few: 1. Everytime I order sausage, egg and cheese, I always ask for white cheese and without fail, I always end up with yellow cheese. I try to just scrape it off but since it’s toasted, it’s melted everywhere. 2. I ordered coffee for pick up and when I went to pick it up, they gave my order to someone else and then refused to believe that I ordered it even though I showed them my order confirmation. They kept giving me the side eye over one cup of coffee. 3. I ordered a breakfast combo with coffee and they without fail messed up on the cheese again but this time the coffee was also sour. 4. I ordered 5 glazed munchkins and they gave me 5 chocolate munchkins but they fixed this one so I let it go. 5. I ordered 5 glazed munchkins with a glazed donut on the app. I got the glazed donut and then an assorted flavors of munchkins so I asked the employee and he said I ordered assorted and proceeded to explain to me what assorted is. I told him I know what assorted means but my son only eats glazed which he didn’t care about. I checked the order and I saw that the app changed my order to assorted so it seems like there was a bug in the app. I ended up needing to stay outside the Dunkin for a while trying to calm down my crying child and then had to throw out all the munchkins since no one eats it. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning.

My order is either cold , incorrect or messy ! It’s to the point where i have to check my order before i leave everytime . And this is coming from someone who’s been ordering Dunkin since before you guys dropped the “donuts” . I truly wish the organization will get some quality employees who actually know what they are doing . Sad part is i know my review is going to sit here and absolutely nothing is going to happen ! WORST DUNKIN EVER !!!!!
