I love Hammy. I want it known far and wide that Hammy provided the absolute best customer experience I have ever had—not just at this particular Dunkin’, but quite possibly in my entire earthly existence. We live in a dark, dark world full of awkward and indifferent service. But, standing behind that counter, Hammy shone like a beacon of hope- leading me to believe that this world CAN be good. When I was running in the rain to get icecream, I contemplated my decision. I thought, “maybe icecream isn’t worth it today..” but Hammy has dispelled those thoughts from my mind completely, leaving me with zero regret. Hammy didn't just give me a cup of icecream, he gave me a reason to believe in humanity again. He has single-handedly revolutionized my love for Dunkin’ Donuts, transforming a random craving for icecream into longlife brand loyalty. They say in a world where you can be anything, you should be kind. But personally, I think you should forget kindness and just be like Hammy. In fact, when people give you the generic advice to "just be yourself," do not listen to them- they’re just saying that because they dont know Hammy. Do not just mimic him—aspire to BECOME Hammy. Let his work ethic, his grace, and his radiant energy consume your identity. From this day forward, whenever you are facing a difficult life decision, at a crossroad, or staring into the abyss of existential dread, pause and ask yourself the ultimate question: “What would Hammy do?”
