  Ordered through the website, and the Domino’s tracker said the food was delivered when it wasn’t. I called the store and was told to ignore the tracker because the driver would call me when the food actually arrived. While waiting took about an hour from the previous call, I called the store 5 times, but nobody answered. Eventually, I found the food sitting on my doorstep completely infested with ants. The store only called me back 4 hours later — after I had already contacted corporate customer service. When I asked why nobody returned my calls, they simply said they were “busy” and still refused to give me a refund. First time ordering here and definitely my last. DON’T ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. It honestly feels like orders are being marked as “delivered” early to hide the actual delivery times. I should have listened to the reviews below.. I could give this place a 0 STARS.

  I order my pizza whit BBQ sauce but when i open the box …. This was my firts order and my last one 👎👎👎👎👎

  Ordered at 2, got there at 2:30 and was told to wait another 30 minutes. No explanation. I left to grab something else and called to cancel my order, no one answers

  They put bbq sauce on cinnamon twists then when I called said gimme 10 mins to make right and never heard from them again. Its kinda funny but kinda sadistic

  I've been going to this location almost weekly since 2018. From 2018 to 2025 the service and the pizza was pretty darn good. For some reason since February 2026 you changed the staff. This new group takes forever to do a simple online order. They don't wear any gloves. Orders and customers are piling up while they stand around talking amongst themselves. One time one of your staff was shoving food into his mouth and then directly started making my pizza. No gloves. I let it go because i figured the heat would kill the germs from his mouth. But now I'm ashamed i let it go. How gross! Another time recently, i ordered a pizza online when you were opening on a Saturday. I got to the location in 12 minutes expecting my pizza to be made. One lady was behind the counter and was paying me no mind. I asked if my pizza was ready and she replied, "He is in the bathroom he will start your order when he gets out." The guy comes out the bathroom, no gloves, starts making my pizza. Are you serious? A simple order that used to take about 12 minutes, takes 30 minutes and longer. If you try to talk to them they ignore you. In the past your staff was pretty good. Since February 2026 your staff is careless. You won't get my business anymore.
